No, we’re not a private equity fund. There are a few big differences.
Private equity firms raise capital from outside investors and have a limited time to deliver returns. Which means they’re often forced to sell good businesses just to close out a fund. We don’t operate like that. Capstone is a permanent capital partnership. Our capital is committed indefinitely, and we’re never forced to sell. That gives us the freedom to be patient, stay focused, and make decisions that benefit the business long term. We’re interested in more than just the next quarter.
