Chris started his first business while still in University and went on to earn his CPA at KPMG. Since then, he’s led companies through major transitions, as a Controller, CFO, COO and operating partner. Now Chris focuses on helping small business owners plan for succession with confidence and care.

In addition to his work at Capstone, Chris is the founder of Meister Strategies, a fractional CFO and strategy firm that supports business leaders in building stronger financial systems and aligning their businesses with their personal goals.
